From the 1980s onward, Gunnar was a devoted visitor to Prince Eugen’s Waldemarsudde. His fascination with the museum and its sculpture-filled gardens resulted in a series of photographs revolving around the unique atmosphere of the place. Together with Hans Henrik Brummer, then director of Waldemarsudde, he created the book and exhibition Waldemarsudde in 2004.
